Wow, this pose was so fun to try. It's called scorpion handstand. It took me MANY tries (as you can see) but then I finally got my feet on my head.
It totally reminded me of the 1st ever Yoga Challenge called Scorpion with a Broken Tail.

3It was really tough to stay balanced - my feet kept going way passed my head into a backbend. But then I got it and said "quick - take the picture!"
4Nice Fit!! How can I start to work on that pose? I'm afraid of falling over into a backbend (I'm not so bendy).

8To work on this pose, you can do it in front of a wall. That way, when you kick your feet up into handstand, you can first lean on the wall to stay balanced. Then you can start moving one foot away and then the other. You can also press the tops of your feet into the wall. It's really fun to try.
9OMG, you rock, girl! That is one I don't think I will manage for a LOOOng time!
10Hmm - I'll have to try that wall idea. Seems more doable that way than just kicking up into space and praying I don't fall on my a**.
