It's A Stretch: Bow

Here's Fit's Yoga Challenge [1] for the week. It is known as the Bow. You can prep yourself by doing the Camel [2] pose since it opens up your back, chest and shoulders.

Here's how to get into Bow Pose:

That's it. Now it's your turn to try it. After you get someone to take your picture, click on "Post Content to the Group" on the left-hand side. Then click on "Blog." To add your picture, just click "Add image." Then click "Submit."
