I am delighted to see that you've discovered Dharma's poster. He is my teacher and I sell this and the book on my webstite. They really are great resources and fun to have. The poster comes in two sizes 24x32 and 43x60. The book has less poses than the poster but it is much easier to carry around...Dharma made the poster himself, took all the pictures and cut and pasted them. It took him over a year. Thanks for sharing it.
